Whether you are a new or returning donor we are excited to show you around our new system.

Why do we need your email address and phone number?
To assist with password resets, appointment confirmations, reminders, day of appointment updates, appointment opportunities, and donation incentives.

Please make sure to accurately enter your Legal First Name, Legal Last Name and Date of Birth so that we can match your portal account to your existing or future donor record.

Username Requirements

Must be at least 8 characters.
Can be no more than 30 characters.

Password Requirements

Must meet 4 of the following requirements and contain at least:
- 1 lowercase character.
- 1 uppercase character.
- 1 number.
- 1 special character (non alpha-numeric).

Must be at most 30 characters.
Must not contain your username.
